StudentHub is one workspace for your whole semester on iPhone, iPad and Mac. Subjects, notes, files, lectures, transcripts, flashcards, quizzes, tasks, grades, focus sessions and an infinite board, in one app instead of six.

The point is that it is all connected. The lecture you record ends up in the same subject as your notes and your syllabus, and you can turn any of it into study material without moving anything between apps.

Practice shows the cards one by one, and you say yourself whether you knew the answer. Quiz gives multiple choice and needs at least two cards. Both are free and can be used as much as you like.

One study action is one transcription of a recording, or one run in Studio. Everything else is free: recording, writing, importing files, practising cards and taking quizzes cost nothing. The free ones are used before the ones you bought, and purchased ones never expire.

Your content syncs through your own private iCloud — same Apple Account on every device. You can turn it off in Settings if you'd rather keep everything on one device.

Select every source you want in the same run. One run with the lecture, your note and the syllabus file costs the same as one with only the note. Transcribe a recording once, then reuse that text in every later run.

No. Everything you've made stays yours and stays readable. You just lose access to the Pro features until you resubscribe.

No. Your content lives on your device and in your own private iCloud. We have no server that receives it, no ads, and we never see what you write, record or import.

Two small things do leave the device: your subscription status, handled by RevenueCat, and anonymous usage events, handled by TelemetryDeck. The events are names and numbers only, such as "a lecture was recorded", never your content, and they cannot be traced back to you.

There is no fixed limit, and everything you select is used. If the material is very long, the model reads evenly spread extracts instead of every word. Two or three sources that belong together give sharper material than ten that do not.

Sign in with the same Apple Account, and your content comes back by itself once iCloud has synced. Purchases come back with "Restore purchases" on the paywall. If you have a backup, import is in Settings.

Transcription runs entirely on your device, so your audio never leaves it — and it works without a connection. Quality depends on the recording: a clear microphone close to the speaker gives good results, a noisy lecture hall from the back row gives rough ones.

In your own iCloud, in the StudentHub folder, or on the device if iCloud is off. You will find them in the Files app. We never have access to them, and transcription and generation happen on your device.

No. You can draw with your finger on iPhone, use Apple Pencil on iPad, or draw on Mac with your trackpad or mouse. Apple Pencil gives the best drawing experience, but it’s not required.

No. There’s no sign-up, no email, no password. You just open the app and start.

The audio is usually still there. Recordings are saved in five minute parts, and if a recording stops without being saved, the parts are left behind. Go to Settings and "Find lost recordings" to join them into one recording. You can also look in the Files app, under StudentHub and Recordings, in iCloud Drive or on your iPhone.
